I am qualified in:

• Couples & Relationship Specialist – Specialising in infidelity, trust issues, and rebuilding connection.
• Trauma & EMDR Specialist – Healing is possible, and I’m here to guide you through it.

I am a qualified and experienced integrative therapist with a background of working with adults, couples and young adults. I have worked both within the NHS and private practice and currently work as a school therapist alongside my private practice with adults and adolescents.  I am passionate about working with individuals who have experienced emotional and physical distress through trauma. I have several years’ experience of working with survivors who have experienced sexual abuse.  I am qualified as a couples and relationship therapist.

I am currently training as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with the London Diploma.

I am currently training as an EMDR therapist.

I am committed to and value the process of therapeutic change and understand the importance of providing a safe space in which to explore and work on your issues. I feel that engaging within therapy should help promote your journey to greater awareness, insight and emotional and psychological growth.

If you feel that you may benefit from attending sessions with me, we can arrange an initial assessment session, then mutually discuss your issues and needs. I offer both short and long term therapy.
