Sessions will last 50 minutes (unless otherwise agreed).

Session costs are listed with each team member and you can find the full of fees here.

All fees are based on a 50 minute session.

Concessions are available. Please do feel free to contact us and we will do our utmost to help.

Everyone is unique. The length of your sessions will depend on your individual issues and needs. During our initial assessment, we will mutually discuss your needs. We offer short or long term therapy. You are, of course, able to end therapy when you choose.

We can see clients anywhere using our online platform and in person in Kent, Norwich, Manchester, Liverpool, and The Wirral.
