Jonathan Fletcher – Associate Psychosexual and Relationship

Hi, my name is Jonny and I am a fully qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, registered with COSRT.

Embarking on a therapeutic journey can initially feel daunting to begin with but can become a life-changing and affirming experience. It is my job to provide a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental space to explore whatever issue is troubling you although engaging in therapy can be hugely beneficial even without a specific problem to bring to the table.

I practice an integrative and person-centred approach to therapy which reflects both my training background and personal philosophy. Integrative means utilising a range of different approaches rather than subscribing to one specific approach (so for example psychodynamic, existential, transactional analysis, CBT etc.). Don’t worry about the terminology though if it sounds unfamiliar; different approaches work for different people and issues, and all might have something useful to offer. The most important aspect is that we will work collaboratively for you to find the approach that resonates  with you.

I offer sessions in person or online with a free 15-minute initial consultation that will usually be by phone or online. You can email me at the address below to ask me anything.

All are welcome and I am always happy to hear from those in the LGBTQ+ community.

Sessions are £50 for individuals and £80 for couples.

Please read further for a (by no means complete) list of issues that I work with firstly in Psychosexual and secondly for relationship problems (there will often be a crossover between the 2).
